Place the pavlova base (1) on a cake stand or plate.

Whip the cream (400 ml) and icing sugar (2 tbsp) until soft peaks form.

Peel the clementines (6) and slice into thin rounds.

To assemble, carefully spoon the cream onto the pavlova base. Top with the clementines and spoon over the cherries in kirsch (4 tbsp), as well as some of the liquid from the jar. Finish by scattering over the pistachios (2 tbsp).
