Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Place the beans (2 tins), 'nduja (1 jar), reserving 2 tsp, and passata (1 bottle) in a large baking dish and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Meanwhile, pat the fish (4) dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle over some sea salt.

Remove the beans from the oven and stir through the spinach (80 g).

Place the fish fillets skin side up on top of the beans. Spread each fillet with a little more ‘nduja. Return to the oven, alongside the ciabatta (1 loaf), for 6-8 minutes, until the fish is tender and cooked through.

Serve the fish and beans with a dollop of aioli (4 tsp) on top and the warm, crusty bread on the side.
