In a small bowl combine the peanut butter (100 g), soy sauce (2 tbsp), sesame oil (2 tbsp), honey (1 tbsp), lime juice (1/2) and hot sauce (1 tsp) (if using). Mix well to combine.

Trim any woody ends from the broccoli (400 g) and place in a saucepan. Cover with just-boiled water from the kettle. Bring the saucepan to the boil and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes, before draining and plunging into a bowl of ice water.

Serve the broccoli on a platter drizzled with the peanut sauce and sprinkled with the roasted peanuts (1 tbsp) and chilli (1) (to taste).
