Preheat the oven to 180°C and cook the chicken (1) according to pack instructions.

Cut the potatoes (1.5 kg) into wedges and par boil in salted water. Pat the potatoes dry with a clean tea towel and then add to a large mixing bowl. Coat in 2 tbsp olive oil, rosemary salt (2 tbsp) and pepper. Add to a lined baking try and bake for 30-40 minutes, until crispy and golden.

While the potatoes and chicken are cooking, combine the red cabbage (1/2), white cabbage (1/2), apple (2), carrot (2) and soured cream (6 tbsp) in a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Top the wedges with feta (100 g) and serve alongside the chicken and slaw.
