Preheat the oven to 180°C fan and cook the chicken (1 pack) according to the pack instructions, adding the bacon (4 rashers) for the last 15 minutes.

Just before the chicken and bacon is ready, split the rolls (2) and spread with the mayonnaise (2 tbsp). Add the lettuce leaves (4 pieces), cooked bacon and chicken pieces before scattering over the radishes (4), chive (1 tbsp), croutons (2 tbsp) and finally the sauce and Parmesan from the chicken.
