Mix the Distillers Cove (100 ml) and freshly brewed coffee (200 ml) in a jug and pour into large ice cube trays. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

Transfer to a blender along with the coffee liqueur (50 ml), milk (100 ml), honey (1 tbsp) and vanilla paste (1/2 tsp). Whizz until smooth then pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with the coffee beans (as needed).
