Preheat the oven to 180C fan. Place the naan breads (2) on two flat baking trays and spread with the peach and jalapeño relish (4 tbsp).

Top each with the red onion (1/4) and romano peppers (1).

Remove the herby halloumi kebabs (1 pack) from its skewers and chop into 2cm square pieces. Scatter over the naans.

Bake for 10 minutes, until the halloumi is golden. Scatter over the rocket (2 handfuls) to serve.
