Heat a splash of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sausages (4) and cook for roughly 12 minutes, until golden all over.

While the sausages are cooking, mix the roasted garlic mayonnaise (150 g) and tomato chutney (50 g) until fully combined. Set aside.

Cut each brioche roll (4) ¾ of the way through down the centre, then put a lettuce leaves (1) into each, followed by a sausage. Top each roll with a generous amount of the mayo mix and a dollop of the slaw (150 g). Finish each with a sprinkling of crispy onions (50 g).
