step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 4. Coat your M&S sweet potato jacket (1) and M&S Remarksable Value parsnips (4) evenly in a little oil, season and bake for around 25 minutes until the potato and parsnips are cooked through.
step 2
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil (2 tbsp) in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion (1) and garlic (2 cloves) and gently sweat for 2 minutes before adding the beans (1 tin), the thyme (1 tbsp), the chilli powder (1 tbsp), 1 tbsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the double cream (600 ml) and cheese (150 g) and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened.
step 3
Add the sweet potato and parsnip fries to a plate, then pour over the molten cheese sauce and garnish with the spring onions (3), red chillies (1) and green chillies (1).
