Add the whisky (50 ml), lemon juice (35 ml), Darjeeling syrup (12.5 ml) and egg white (1) to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.

Shake vigorously and strain into a short glass or tumbler filled with ice and top with a M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1) peel to garnish.
