Good mattress

This was a replacement for our previous M and S mattress which we had used over the past 11 years . It is firm and supportive without being hard. It is a few inches deeper than our previous mattress so sits higher on the bed frame, and therefore requires deeper sheets. Overall is very comfortable.

Fabulous mattress. First encountered this mattress in an Airbnb property and it was so comfortable I looked at the label! I have had a bad back for years and since surgery have not been able to sleep on my sides at all without pain. Now with this mattress I have no more pain and can sleep in any position ! Highly recommend!

I really like this mattress, it's supportive and comfortable. Purchased for my son who says he now sleeps so much better. I did not notice any odour. It was delivered on time by nice delivery men. I did encounter one small problem with M&S's IT system. A week after the mattress was delivered I got another email saying my mattress would be delivered shortly. I called M&S who mentioned there was a glitch in the system. So I hope I do not get charged twice for one order!

Odour on topper.
I always but my mattresses from M&S but when this on arrived it had a horrible smell on the topper which is hard to describe and it was very firm. The top material was a cream colour when all the rest of the mattress was white. I took it off the bed to air for a week, the smell was still there so I sent it back and ordered one without a topper. Fingers crossed this one will be odour less.

Comfy mattress
This a comfy medium mattress i did think the topper would be softer as urs not top of the range its good just a warning when taking delivery the company delivering are not up to M&S standard dont sign for it untill you take it out of wrapping check first we had to return the fist as wet patches and scuffed the guys dont like you keeping them waiting but stand your ground and check but as i say a comfy mattress

I was initially a bit concerned about ordering a mattress online, without 'trying' it out in store, but re-considered this as the brand name is known for quality. I was not disappointed when my new mattress arrived...... it is absolutely the bees knees!! It's a gorgeous height, deep and comfortable that if I had not already had a mattress topper, I would definitely not have needed to purchase one, as the pillowtop would have sufficed! My husband and myself have no complaints with this mattress as it is comfortable and suits our needs 100% and (almost) a week in (from using it), all I can say is a new one was well overdue!!
