Light but substantial.
Yes, I recommend this
I bought these for yoga and going running in and they are suitable for both. They are lightweight but also very substantial with some warmth to them. I have bought the cream and the black also and they are my favourite trousers at the moment, very comfortable. I think I will get a lot of wear out of them for walking , running and yoga.

These are very lightweight and comfortable. Work for just lounging around at home, or exercise. They are a little long (I’m 5’2) but you can adjust with the toggles on the cuffs.
