Lovely velvet and pattern in navy. Prefer it to be a cotton velvet but guess the fabric makes it more durable, won’t crease and some slight stretch. Ordered usual size 10. Slightly looser fit which I prefer. Wear over jeans or as a dress. Great for this time of year for dressier events.
