Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Stayed in bud never opened and eventually the buds just fell off the stems. Very sparse arrangement without the flowers opening which looked quite ugly. More greenery would have helped initially. Very poor value for money

Christmas Flowers

When the flowers came into bloom 2 of the 4 collapsed an hour after my mother (92) managed to get a photo of them all looking lovely. I cannot get her to send supporting photo, as she has not got the computer confidence. My brother usually does this and he is away. Was a lot of money for a damp squib.

I ordered these gorgeous red Amarylis for Christmas and they were the Jewels in the crown absolutely stunning and beautiful did not disappoint definitely recommend and will order again delivered & packaged really well with great attention to detail. There was a stem of eucalyptus & greenery but only 4 stems of Amarylis recommend 5 stems would just be right. Thank you M&S for excellent choice of bouquet.

I decided to treat myself to this decadent bouquet this year as there was a Sparks discount for 20% off online flowers. I even sent the card to myself saying, "Merry Christmas to me." I was so disappointed with the bouquet. The amaryllis were in bud which is fine but the stems of greenery that came with them were so much shorter than the flower stems and very sparse for the money. I had to cut the flower stems down so much that they lost their grandeur. I won't be buying them again.

Bought for Christmas, but as the first delivery was about 2-3 days before the day, there wasn't much chance of them opening. However they finally opened just in time for the New Year and what a spectacular sight. At least three flowers on each stem in glorious red.

Appealing quality
Unfortunately the whole, very pricey bundle was very underwhelming. I’d anticipated fresh eucalyptus and amaryllis. Both were seemingly held in stasis until delivery and for far too long. This resulted in my easterly anticipated festive bouquet being predominantly mottled, discoloured eucalyptus and four pale withered amaryllis stems. Three additional springs of green were added but these stems were about 15 cm long and too short to pad out the withered rest. I tried to email my concern but was directed online to a telephone number. Genuinely disappointed and frustrated.
