Lovely dress, although a little bit thin so can be see-through but I wear with thick tights at this time of year. I've replaced the belt with a thicker leather one to tighten up the shape, this dress is very versatile - can smart or casual by changing the belt and shape of the dress. It should cover all seasons! A petite version would have been great.

A classic dress and I like that it has a belt to cinch in the waist and the pockets are a nice touch . It gaps a little bit for me at the front and I took a size 14 but it was easily fixed with a brooch …sure I will get lots of use from it !

Stunning simplicity
This shirt dress is fabulous!Own many and the way this falls is so flattering,it’s going to be a firm favourite.Cotton is light and soft,and it’s a true black.True to size,maybe slightly generous.Ordered usual size and think probably could’ve gone down a size,but think the slightly oversized look looks more elegant and feminine.Such great value.M&S please do other colours like chocolate and wine for autumn/winter.

It’s a great smarter everyday dress. I wear it for work and it goes great with a blazer. It’s light, airy, modest but still very flattering for a curvy figure. It leans more dark charcoal than black so be careful of you have jet black accessories that you want to wear with it.
