Nice but giant puffy sleeves
No, I don't recommend this
I really love the print on this dress and it can be worn casually or smart. My only criticism would be the sleeves which are extremely voluminous making the overall shape of the dress look a bit too bulky. I will keep it although take it to a tailor to get the sleeves reshaped. The rest of the dress fits true to size and the fabric is light in weight and suitable for spring or summer.
