Pure Cotton Jersey Floral Mini Smock Dress

Bought in sale and nice dress/tunic with pockets. Goes well over jeans or jeggings or leggings. For me it's too short to be worn without one of those.

I am 5' 3" tall. This dress length falls just below my knee which is wonderful and flattering. I didn't understand the description of the dress being lined? Very pleased with my purchase.

I find it hard to get a dress to suit me these days. I have narrow shoulders and hips with a wideish waist. Ideally I want cotton to stay cool, nipped in natural waist, a line skirt, close fitting upper with a bit of stretch and knee length. This ticks all the boxes except it's a bit shorter than knee length, but I wouldn't say 'too' mini as I'm 5.7 and it this could be knee length on a shorter height.

This is a lovely dress, which I have already worn a lot at Christmas and beforehand. It is an ideal day to evening dress as the shape is flattering and it feels special on, but it's not sparkly so can easily be worn to work. The smocked front is really well done - I was worried that it might be too tight to be flattering, but it skims nicely! More of this style in different prints would be great.

Lovely dress. Comfortable and easy to wear. Good cotton content but enough stretch.
