Metallic Printed Blouson Sleeve Blouse

I really like this top. It’s a bit different and can be dressed up or down. It has a nice neckline, is well made and has a roomy flattering shape with 3/4 sleeves. I thought it might give off more sparkle from the ‘metallic’ element than it does. However, it is very subtle and not that noticeable even under a light. I’ve only given 4 stars because I just don’t get the habit you have of sewing a couple of buttons, on a garment, in a different colour cotton to the rest? The two on this top really stand out, as the colour used (yellowish) is totally unmatched to any of the dark colours in the material. From a distance, the buttons merge into the fabric and it looks like there is a tiny stain on the front of the top! It is irritating to have to do it, but I will remove the two buttons and sew them back on in a matching cotton.

Lively top. I’m sure I’ll get to wear it a lot. Will look great with jeans but dress up with black trousers. Generous fit but not overly large. Nice to have 3/4 sleeves especially when eating out. Intend to wear on Christmas Day.
