I initially bought the larger snow globe in this design. It was beautiful but unfortunately weighed about 1.3kg so it was too heavy to add to the parcel I was sending abroad. When I saw this lovely cloche I was so pleased as it has exactly the same items in it, except for the water. When it arrived I was thrilled. It is well made and looks so beautiful. One of the cloches had leaked a tiny amount of snow in the box but even shaking it, only a few bits of snow came out and, as it is not something you would shake, I decided to keep it for myself and buy another one for sending to my friend. As I say, it isn't a snow globe with liquid in it but it does have the snow resting on the ground of the cloche. It has a ribbon for hanging but I am going to remove the ribbon from the one I'm keeping and display it on the bookshelf as an all-year round decoration. Absolutely lovely, I thoroughly recommend it.
