The fit is as advertised. It is very compressive but not so you feel like you're being squeezed by a boa constrictor. It's very breathable and wicks away moisture very well. It also provides support for my back, something I didn't really consider when purchasing it.

I made the mistake of ordering three of these based off the sizing chart and according to my other UA shirt. I'm generally in between medium or large but ordered medium. The shoulders are too narrow. I need the large.

This heatgear compressed shirt keeps me cool while playing soccer. I dont get irritated with this shirt. If yall dont like feeling tight then i dont recommend getting this but other than that I love this long sleeve
