Eastern France’s Jura region has many unique grapes like the perfumed Poulsard variety. M&S winemaker Sue Daniels selected this mouth-watering example from Domaine Grand. The 40 year old vines are farmed by Emmanuel Grand using the sustainable “lutte raisonée” system and he also handles the wine very lightly, which may result in a small harmless sediment.
