Cord Broderie V-Neck Midi Waisted Dress

Beautiful dress - good fit, lovely colour. Can dress up or down. Would love this in another colour too

Lucy is a lovely dress, I have one from last winter in plum cord. I thought this dark green one was beautiful with the cut out embroidery which makes it very special and dressy . But felt it was too dark & heavy for me personally and felt a bit overpowered by such a strong colour and fabric . It is a lovely dress ,good quality & ideal for Christmas parties etc and will be envious if I see someone wearing it . It is quite a long length and true to usual WS sizing.

This is a lovely dress and a super colour. I decided to return it since there was rather a lot of fabric in the skirt and I felt it was too overwhelming, since I am only 5’2”. It would look better on someone taller.

Lovely dress on model but the size I ordered was snug round the bust. I wasn’t that keen on the embroidered fabric as it had to have a lining.

Gorgeous dress. Lovely rich colour (I chose the green) and a good weight to the fabric. Will be so useful for very many occasions. I’m usually a size 12 or 14. I bought the size 14 as the 12 was out of stock at the time. It fits perfectly and Inthink the 11 might have been a bit snug.

I adore the dark green broidery-anglais cord - just amazing. Sadly the dress is unflattering on me. The drop shoulders combined with puff sleeves make my shoulders look enormous. The gathering under the bust is not a good look either - I'm relatively slim (size 14) with a largish bust. A waist at the waistline would be so much better. Perhaps White Stuff could offer a heavy winter skirt in the shape fabric (elasticated waist please).
