Most of our sofas and armchairs have more than 80 upholstery options – check out fabric swatches in store or order your swatch shortlist so you can look at the fabrics at home in natural and artificial light. How do I find out if it’s comfy?
Try before you buy to test sofa or armchair comfort. Sit is incredibly important and subjective and, if your sofa doesn’t feel comfy to you, you’re not going to want to spend time relaxing on it. We offer a variety of fills, from a relaxed fibre to a more supportive memory foam, so there’s sure to be a cushion fill to suit you.

Will it stand the test of time?
Furniture that’s built to last needs to stay looking good. That’s why our upholstery fabrics come with a stain-resistant finish at no extra cost. We’ve even developed a special treatment for our sumptuous velvet sofas, so you can remove most stains easily with water. How do I check it will fit my space?
Whether you have a big room to fill or you’re looking for furniture for a compact corner, we have a solution for every space. Choose the size and level of flexibility you need: from space-saving sofas, beds, desks and storage to extending dining tables and comfy sofa beds. Use masking tape to mark out the size and shape of the item to get a feel for how it will sit in the room, making sure you can easily move around it and that there’s space for doors and drawers to open and chairs to pull out. What do I need to know about delivery?
When you place your order, we’ll provide you with an estimated dispatch time. Once the order’s ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange a delivery date, then we’ll send you a two-hour time slot a few days before so you know when to expect us. We’ll assemble and install most of our furniture for you, and we’ll take the packaging away. You can also arrange to have your old sofa, bed or mattress taken away when you place your order (at a cost of £39 per item for upholstery and £29 per item for mattresses and beds).
