Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chorizo (100 g) and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion (1) and de-seed and thinly slice the peppers (2).

Add the diced chicken (1 pack) to the pan and cook for 7 minutes. Add the garlic (2 cloves), onion and peppers. Cook for another 7 minutes, until softened.

Tip in the Cajun seasoning (1 tbsp) and the rich and smoky flavour pot (1), followed by the rice (250 g). Mix well, then pour in the chopped tomatoes (1 tin) and chicken stock (350 ml).

Cover with a lid and leave to cook for 12 minutes, until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.

Once cooked, stir everything together and serve.
