Add the double cream (150 ml), icing sugar (1 tbsp) and vanilla paste (1/2 tsp) to a large mixing bowl. Whisk with an electric whisk until soft peaks form.

Carefully spoon the hazelnut creme (100 g) into the centre of the golden meringues (1 pack). Top the hazelnut creme with the chopped hazelnuts (50 g).

Spoon the whipped cream on top of the meringues, concealing the hazelnut centre. Using a spoon, carefully swoop bits of the cream upwards to create little peaks.

Dust the cream with a sprinkling of Magic and Sparkle dust (as needed), then dig in.
