Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the butter (40 g) to a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until melted. Remove from the heat. Add the grated parmesan (75 g) and everything seasoning (2 tbsp), and mix well to combine.

Line a large baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Spread the cheese mix out onto the tray and place the Brussels sprouts (320 g) cut side down on top, pressing them into the cheesy mix.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the Brussels and parmesan are golden brown.
