Heat your air fryer or grill to 200°C. Halve the bagels (5) and place them onto a foil-lined baking tray and grill or air fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden.

Top the halves with a spoonful of pizza sauce (140 g), the pepperoni (1 pack) and mozzarella (1 tub) (leave out the pepperoni to make these veggie).

Place under the grill for 5-6 minutes (or air fryer for 3-4 minutes), until golden brown and crisp.

Top with a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Reggiano (4 tbsp) and fresh basil (15 g).

Tip: feel free to get creative with the toppings and use whatever you have to hand. Try sundried tomatoes, olives and an extra drizzle of pesto.
