Place the thinly sliced cabbage (1/2) into a mixing bowl, squeeze over the lime juice (1) and add the soy sauce (1 tbsp). Scrunch with your hands and leave to one side.

Add the sriracha (1 tsp) and mayo (2 tbsp) to a small mixing bowl and mix well.

Slightly warm the tortillas (2) in the oven or microwave so they are pliable, then spread with a thin layer of sriracha mayo.

In the centre, scatter over the flaked salmon (1 pack), pickled cabbage, cucumber (1/2), avocado (1) and pickled red onions (1 tbsp). Fold the tortilla over the filling, slice in half and dig in. Serve with extra pickled cabbage, if you’d like.
