Heat the air fryer to 180°C. Thinly spread the beef mince (500 g) over half the tortillas (4) with the back of a spoon. Pop them into the air fryer one by one and cook for 3 minutes, until the beef mince is crispy.

Top with the grated cheese (100 g) and pop back in for 1 minute, until melted. Repeat with the remaining tortillas (4).

Top with the other tortilla wraps and return for a further 3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, load up with the burger sauce (3 tbsp), gherkins (2 tbsp), lettuce (1 head) and pickled red onions (1 tbsp). Cut into quarters and serve with some extra burger sauce on the side, if you like.
