Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

Heat the butter (50 g), syrup (125 g) and sugar (40 g) in a saucepan over a medium heat until melted. Stir in the cornflakes (85 g).

Spoon the blueberry conserve (125 g) into the tart case (1) and then top with the cornflake mix.

Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cornflakes are toasted.

Meanwhile, heat the custard (1 tub) in the microwave for 3 minutes, according to packaging instructions.

Serve the cornflake tart with the warmed custard, if you like.
