Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the sweet potato wedges (800 g) to a baking tray and toss with the sesame oil (1 tbsp). Pop into the oven for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the sliced radishes (1 handful) and rice wine vinegar (1 tbsp) to a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and leave to infuse.

Nestle in the salmon fillets (4) and brush with the Korean sauce (1). Pop back into the oven for 15 minutes, until the salmon fillets are cooked through. When there are five minutes to go, add the broccoli (200 g) and pak choi (250 g), toss well and return to the oven.

Once the salmon is cooked, scatter over the Korean seasoning packet. Serve with the pink pickled radishes.
