Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Place the chicken bites (2 packs) on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, cut the roti (1 pack) into triangles and place on a second baking sheet. Drizzle with a little oil and place in the oven alongside the chicken for 5-8 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.

Add the cucumber (1/2), tomato (200 g) and red onion (1/2) to a bowl with a pinch of salt and stir in the juice of one of the limes (1).

Place the sachet of mango drizzle from the chicken in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to heat through, then drizzle over the chicken.

Heat the spiced chickpea mix (2 packs) for 2 minutes in the microwave, according to the packaging instructions.

Serve the chicken, roti chips, grains and kachumber with the dips (1 pack) and the remaining lime (1), cut into wedges.
