Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the butter (80 g), half the peanut butter (100 g), sugar (80 g) and honey (50 g) to a large saucepan and cook over a medium heat until melted. Once melted, stir in the oats (250 g).

Line a 20cm x 20 cm baking tin with greaseproof paper and pour in the mixture, pushing it down with the back of a wooden spoon.

Dot the remaining peanut butter (100 g) on top, followed by the jam (5 tsp), then use a cocktail stick to swirl the mixture together. Pop into the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Leave to cool completely in the tin, then cut into squares.
