step 1
Preheat the grill to medium. Wrap the ends of the kebab skewers in tin foil, place the kebabs (4) onto a grill rack, then grill for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway. Once cooked, leave to stand for 1 minute.

Add a dollop of the herby feta (2 tbsp) to two bowls, followed by the tabbouleh (1 pack) and lamb kebabs. Toss the salad leaves (1 handful) with the pomegranate dressing (to taste) and divide between your bowls, then serve with pickled chillies (as needed) and pickled onions (as needed), if you like.
