Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Heat a splash of oil in a deep oven-proof pan and add the onion (1) along with a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until softened, then stir in the curry paste (1 jar). Sizzle for 1 minute, until fragrant, then stir in the coconut milk (1 tin). Bring to a gentle simmer then stir in the frozen spinach (4 pieces) and simmer until defrosted. Stir in the frozen fish pie mix (1 pack) and pea and broad bean mix (100 g). Squeeze in the lime juice (1) and season with salt and pepper.

Top the fish with the mashed potato (2 packs) and scatter over the panko breadcrumbs (2 tbsp).

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden, and the fish is cooked through. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
