Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C Fan/gas mark 6. Add the veg mix (550 g), 1 tbsp olive oil and the coconut and lime seasoning (2 tbsp) to a large ovenproof dish. Mix well and roast for 15 minutes.

Stir in the coconut cream (160 ml), top with the sea bass fillets (215 g), skin-side down, and arrange the butter from the pack on top. Cook for another 15 minutes, until the veg is soft and the fish is cooked through.

Cook the rice (1 pack) according to pack instructions.

Serve the rice with the coconut veg and sea bass on top.
