Heat a large wok or frying pan on medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and add the duck (200 g). Cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing regularly.

Add the veg (220 g) and cook for another 4 minutes, before adding the hoisin sauce (180 g) and chutney (2 tbsp). Stir well to combine.

Add the noodles (275 g) and cook until piping hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
