Heat the oil (1 tbsp) in a small frying pan over a medium flame. Add the garlic (1/2 clove) and cook for two minutes, until soft. Add the beans (170 g) to the pan, along with one tablespoon of water. Mash some or all of the beans in the pan and cook for a few minutes until the liquid thickens. You can puree it now if you want it even smoother to suit your baby’s weaning journey. Stir through the parsley (1 1/2 tbsp) and lemon juice (1 tbsp).
