Mix together the salt (1/2 tsp), chilli flakes (1/4 tsp) and celery salt (1/4 tsp) on a plate. Run the lemon (1/4) wedge along the rim of the glass and dip into the salt mix, so the entire rim is covered.

Add the vodka (50 ml), chilli sauce (1/2 tsp) and tomato juice (150 ml) to a cocktail shaker along with a few ice cubes. Shake gently (so it doesn’t become frothy) and strain into a glass. Garnish with the pincho (1).
