step 1
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the shallots (2) and Select Farms British outdoor-bred 5% fat pork mince (1 pack) and fry until the mince is browned and the shallots softened.

Add the M&S Collection mixed exotic mushrooms (1 pack), M&S water chestnuts (6) and M&S chopped chilli (2 tsp). Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the fish sauce (1 tbsp), M&S soy, ginger and garlic paste (1 jar), M&S Remarksable Value granulated white sugar (1 tsp) and the juice of one lime (1). Stir and cook until fragrant.

Wash and separate the M&S butterhead lettuce (1) leaves before filling with the pork mince.

Top with M&S Remarksable Value carrot (1), cucumber (1/4), M&S spring onions (2), coriander (1 handful) and peanuts (2 tbsp) and serve with wedges of lime (1) and M&S Taste of Asia sticky Jasmine rice (2 packs), heated as per the pack instructions, if you like.
step 5 Top with M&S Remarksable Value carrot (1), cucumber (1/4), M&S spring onions (2), coriander (1 handful) and peanuts (2 tbsp) and serve with wedges of lime (1) and M&S Taste of Asia sticky Jasmine rice (2 packs), heated as per the pack instructions, if you like.
