For the salad

red cabbage, finely shredded

step 1
Start by rolling each M&S lamb shish kebab (2 packs) into 4 meatballs.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the M&S prepared frozen soffritto mix (250 g) and M&S Easy garlic (2 tsp) and cook until the veg has softened.

Add in your prepared lamb shish kebab pieces and cook until brown on all sides.

Drain the excess fat, then add the M&S everything tomato, garlic and herb paste (2 tbsp), jar of M&S classic tomato everything sauce (340 g), tin of M&S Italian cherry tomatoes in tomato juice (1 tin), mint sauce (2 tbsp) and M&S Easy chilli (1 tsp) and turn the heat down to a simmer.

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook your M&S Made in Italy fiorelli pasta (320 g), or any type of pasta of choice, according to pack instructions.

Meanwhile, make your chopped salad by combining the red cabbage (1/2), M&S Remarksable Value iceberg lettuce (1/2), cucumber (1/2) and M&S Remarksable Value round tomatoes (4) in a bowl. Mix through the salt (1/2 tsp), M&S sumac (3 tsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1) and white wine vinegar (1 tbsp).

When the pasta is done, reserve a little of the cooking water to add to your sauce. Drain and add your pasta to your sauce.

Serve in bowls, top with M&S green and red pickled chillies (to taste), M&S pickled red onions (to taste) and a drizzle of M&S roasted garlic mayonnaise (to taste) and M&S naga chilli sauce (to taste).
