step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/ gas mark 6.
step 2
Put the M&S sweet potato jacket (1 kg) on a baking tray, drizzle over olive oil (1 tsp), and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add paprika (1 pinch) for extra flavour and heat. Toss together to evenly coat the chips in the oil and seasoning. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
step 3
Meanwhile, pat the M&S frozen Icelandic cod fillet (4) as dry as possible with kitchen paper. Spread the white breadcrumbs (50 g) out on a large plate. Add 1-2tsp of M&S Sicilian lemon mayonnaise (280 ml) to each fish fillet, and spread evenly using a spoon. Next dip both sides of each fillet in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
step 4
Lay the coated fish on a baking tray and cook in the oven for around 15-18 minutes until the crumb is golden and the fish is cooked.
step 5
While the fish is cooking, cook and drain the M&S Remarksable Value British garden peas (320 g) according to the pack instructions, then pop them back in the pan with the mint (1 handful), salt and pepper and lightly crush with a fork.
step 6
Serve the fries, fish and peas with some lemon mayo on the side.
step 6 Serve the fries, fish and peas with some lemon mayo on the side.
