Add the M&S berry mix frozen (150 g), 3 tbsp caster sugar (3 tbsp) and M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1) to a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat until the fruit has defrosted, softened and thickened. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the M&S free-range mixed size eggs (2), milk (100 ml), the remaining caster sugar (2 tbsp), ground cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and vanilla extract (1 tsp) until combined.

Dip the M&S luxury hot cross buns (4) in the egg mix, turning so all sides are coated.

Heat the M&S Remarksable Value unsalted British butter (15 g) in a large frying pan over a medium heat.

Fry each hot cross bun half for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
