step 1
Heat a large saucepan over a medium heat and add 1tbsp olive oil. Add in your meatballs (1 pack) and fry for 14-16 minutes.

Add the garlic (2 tsp), sundried tomatoes (1 jar), thyme (1 tbsp) and chilli flakes (1 tsp) and give everything a good stir.

Add in the cream (100 ml) and stock (1/2 pot), mix everything together and leave to cook on a low heat for another 10 minutes.

While the sauce is cooking, cook your rigatoni (as needed).

Five minutes from when your pasta will be cooked al dente, add in the cheese (50 g) to your plant-based balls and stir again. Use some of the pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.

Once everything’s ready, serve in bowls with a sprinkle of basil (as needed), cracked black pepper and some more Italian hard cheese.
