Tip the strawberries (227 g) and raspberries (150 g) into a mixing bowl with the elderflower cordial (2 tsp) and M&S pure honey (1 tbsp). Mash with a fork until broken up, leaving some chunky pieces of fruit. Remove a couple of spoonfuls and set aside for later.

Crumble the meringues (4) into the fruit. Spoon in the yogurt (500 g) and gently fold to combine.

Spoon into a large freezer-safe container and place into the freezer. Mix every 45 minutes to break up the ice particles. Repeat three times, until the mix is frozen. Alternatively, use an ice cream maker.

Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer to soften for 15 minutes before serving. Crumble over the remaining 2 meringues (2) and drizzle over the reserved mashed fruit.
