Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark.

Place the M&S sweet potato jackets (4) into a baking tray and sprinkle with the smoked paprika (1 tsp) before drizzling over some oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until charred on the outside and tender in the middle.

To make the salsa, combine the tomato (3), salad onion (1), jalapeño chilli (1), lime juice (1) and coriander (1 handful) in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and check the acidity levels, adding more lime if you like.

Cook the Select Farms 3% fat beef burger (4) according to the pack instructions.

Steam the broccoli (200 g) in a pan of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Toss with the lemon-infused olive oil (1 tsp).

To serve, put the burgers into the buns (4) with the salad (1 handful) and spoon over the salsa. Serve with the potato wedges and broccoli.
