Cook the pasta (300 g) according to the packet instructions. Add the petits pois (200 g) for the final 2 minutes of cooking, then drain and rinse under cold water for a few seconds to refresh.

Add plant-based Greek cubes (1 pack), radishes (200 g), hazelnuts (100 g), mint (1 handful) and lemon juice (1) to a large salad bowl along with M&S extra virgin olive oil (100 ml). Gently toss everything together, making sure everything is nicely coated in the olive oil and lemon juice.

Divide between serving dishes and scatter over the remaining mint.
