Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Arrange the sliced baguette (1) on baking sheets. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden, turning halfway through.

Top the crostini with the Roquefort (100 g), rocket (80 g) and cherries (400 g).
