Preheat your oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan.

Put the fruit (to taste) into a baking dish with a sprinkle of sugar (25 g) and some cinnamon (1 tsp).

Make your crumble mixture. Mix the flour (150 g), sugar (75 g) and oats (100 g) in a bowl together.

Add the cubes of room temperature butter (150 g) and rub the ingredients together until you have a crumbly texture.

Pour the crumble topping over your fruit.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with custard, cream or ice cream.
