Mix the porridge oats (150 g) and the milk (300 ml) in a large saucepan. Simmer over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the diced apple (2), cinnamon (2 tbsp) and maple syrup (2 tbsp) along with a splash of water in a frying pan for 5 minutes.

Stir most of the diced apple into the porridge along with 2 tbsp of the M&S smooth almond butter (2 tbsp).

Divide between serving dishes and finish each with the remaining diced apple and M&S smooth almond butter (2 tbsp).
